work never ceases to take us by surprise.
as
soon as we are "tamed" by his approach, he takes us on completely different
routes. open to the unexpected, his curiosity knows no boundaries. it is with total integrity that he rigorously creates his dreamed universe. his taste for perfection and weil finished work act for him as safeguards. we could reproach him for this focus on perfection; but then, we would have to back-up numerous contemporary art works, which have difficulty in hiding the incompetence of their creators. kurt Müller does not hide anything, and an attentive eye quickly discovers the mystery in his creations. these beings coming to life emerge tram a distant memory, halfway between reality and fiction. this is different and original work, secretly vibrating with some existential anguish, tram which the artist frees himself with modesty and humour.
